TLP Agreement

Adobe® Open Options 4.5 makes it easy for organizations of all sizes to get the benefits of volume ordering through TLP. This program is available in India and covers most Adobe desktop products. There are no membership requirements. For every eligible order of a new or upgrade Adobe software license, or of Upgrade Plan, you receive points which determines the discount level for the transaction. The more you order in a single transaction, the better your discount level.

In addition, when you order products through TLP, Adobe provides you with an easy-to-use licensing website that simplifies software administration and record-keeping. This custom site provides a single location for up-to-date access to your Adobe software licensing information.

CLP helps organizations cut costs by simplifying software ordering and administration in several ways. First, it provides you with a single licensing program membership that is effective worldwide, so you always get the same discount level regardless of location or order quantity. Second, Adobe provides all CLP members with an easy-to-use, web-based licensing site that simplifies licensing administration and record-keeping. The site provides your organization with a login and password for access to comprehensive Adobe software licensing information so you can see your global software licensing status and easily track licensing records.

The Adobe® Open Options CLP program offers deep levels of discount. Your first order sets your discount level. Later orders, if any, help you accumulate points, which can move you to a higher discount level. For the duration of your membership, every order — for new licenses, upgrade licenses, and Upgrade Plan — will have this discount level applied

Upgrade Plan

No matter which Adobe® Open Options 4.5 software licensing program you choose, Upgrade Plan makes it better. You are assured of access to all Adobe upgrades for your covered products during the life of your Upgrade Plan — all at a single cost per licensed product. And during the first six months of your CLP membership, you may also order Upgrade Plan for previously acquired, current-version Adobe software licenses (as long as Adobe has not announced a new version), bringing all your installations into a unified technology management program. This helps ensure both budget and technology predictability.

Adobe automatically sends notifications of upgrades to Upgrade Plan participants. This means that you can manage upgrades uniformly across your organization, avoiding piecemeal implementation and technology inconsistency. Upgrade Plan is only available through the Adobe TLP and CLP volume licensing programs.

You can also lower your overall software costs with Upgrade Plan because it contributes to the points accumulated in TLP and CLP, increasing the discounts made available to you under these programs.
